Howard Winn
Howard Winn’s  writing, both fiction and poetry, has been published by such journals as Dalhousie Review, Descant (Canada), Break The Spine, Haight Ashbury Literary Journal, New York Quarterly, Southern Humanities Review, Raven Chronicles, Borderlands, Beloit Poetry Review, Xavier Review and Toyon. He is presently  working on a novel dealing with Tom Brokaw’s “Greatest Generation.”  His B. A. is from Vassar College. He also has studied as an undergraduate with A. B. Guthrie, Jr. and John Ciardi at Middlebury College. Winters. He has done additional graduate work at the University of California San Francisco.  His doctoral work was done at N. Y. U. He has been a social worker in California and currently is a faculty member of SUNY as Professor of English.

Kevin Oaks
“Front Page” is a piece taken from Kevin’s chapbook called Better Luck Next Time. He hopes to have it published by the end of the year. In a world of writers and readers Word is king.

Marian Brooks
Recently retired, Marian Brooks has begun to write some short fiction. Her work has appeared in First Stop Fiction, The Linnet’s Wings, Linguistic Erosion, Barefoot review and others. She is inspired by the words and deeds of her family and friends who are blissfully unaware of this.

Trevor Dodge
Trevor Dodge’s work has appeared or is forthcoming in journals such as Hobart, Golden Handcuffs Review, Gargoyle, Gobshite Quarterly and Natural Bridge. His new collection of short fiction, “The Laws of Average,” will appear this fall from Chiasmus Press. He hosts the creative arts podcast Possible Architect and can be found online at www.trevordodge.com. Trevor teaches writing, literature and comics studies at Clackamas Community College in Oregon City and the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland.

Marc Landas
Marc Landas is the author of “The Fallen: A True Story of American POWs and Japanese Wartime Atrocities” (John Wiley & Sons, 2004) and is a contributor to an anthology about Queens, “The Forgotten Borough” (SUNY Press, 2011). His short stories have been published in literary journals such as Asian Voices, In Stereo, the Commonline Journal, and Conclave. He has contributed to a variety of news sources including Fox Sports, Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology News, Kevchino, and the LA Times.

Khanh Ha
Khanh Ha’s debut novel is “FLESH(June 2012, Black Heron Press). He graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. His new novel has earned a 2013 Leapfrog Fiction Award Honorable Mention. His short stories have appeared in Outside in Literary & Travel Magazine, Red Savina Review (RSR), Cigale Literary Magazine, Mobius, DUCTS, Lunch Ticket, The Mascara Literary Review, Taj Mahal Review, Glint Literary Journal, The Literary Yard, WIPs Journal, and will be forthcoming in the summer issues of storySouth, Crack the Spine, Zymbol (2013 August Anthology), Yellow Medicine Review (2013 September Anthology), The Underground Voices(2013 December Anthology), and The Long Story (2014 March Anthology). His short stories have been nominated for the Sundress Publications 2013 Best of the Net Award.

Rose Mary Boehm
A German-born UK national, Rose Mary Boehm, short-story and novel writer, copywriter, photographer and poet, now lives and works in Lima, Peru. Two novels and a poetry collection (“TANGENTS”) have been published in the UK. Her latest poems have appeared – or are forthcoming – in US poetry reviews.
